The symptoms of nicotine overdose include diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal pain, an irregular pulse, excessive salivation or sweating, and difficulty breathing. The possible side effects of Nicorette gum include these symptoms as well as those common to nicotine withdrawal, such as lethargy or dizziness.
